Birthright

In 2028 the Birthright reform is mandated by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Its aim is to ensure that children are brought up with good parents. All newborn
babies are injected with a contraceptive. To remove it one must obtain a certificate. The final task one must overcome in the parenting program is to take care of a baby for four weeks. The married couple Alex and Jonathan have just reached this stage.

The film confronts social constellations and rapidly changing technological trends. It’s a life not far from the one’s we live today and reflects on issues present in the modern world.
